[A Vision Beyond the Game]

"I have always believed that technology should do more than impress us. It should improve lives and create opportunity"

As a father, that belief took on greater urgency when I began studying what happens during the hours immediately following school dismissal, often called the after-school gap. For millions of young people, the final bell begins a vulnerable period without structure, supervision, mentorship, or a meaningful place to belong. Research consistently identifies these hours as a critical window for juvenile crime, substance use, and other risky behaviors.

I wanted TanChes to do more than recognize the problem. I wanted us to help change what those hours could become.

That conviction led me to create our esports services program. I saw something much larger than gaming. I saw a powerful way to connect with a generation already fluent in digital experiences. Rather than asking young people to become interested in technology on our terms, we could meet them in a world that already held their attention and channel that engagement into purpose, discipline, teamwork, healthy competition, and possibility.

My wife, Tanaz, who serves as President of TanChes, has always believed deeply in the power of education and entrepreneurship. Her conviction that both can change the course of a life has helped strengthen the educational and entrepreneurial pathways within my vision.

What began as a personal mission to create opportunities for underserved young people has grown into TANCHES.GG, a turnkey, multipurpose esports platform serving organizations across the country. Today, we build solutions for K-12 schools, higher education, nonprofits, governments, community centers, LAN centers, healthcare organizations, hotels, casinos, apartment communities, and more.

These environments may serve different audiences, but each can use esports to bring people together, strengthen communities, encourage learning, develop talent, and create meaningful connections to technology. Behind every competition is an ecosystem of opportunity spanning STEM, coding, cybersecurity, graphic design, broadcasting, data analytics, AR/VR, engineering, and entrepreneurship.

Our vision is not simply to produce better gamers. It is to help people recognize that they can become the developers, designers, strategists, innovators, and business owners who shape what comes next.

From IT Company to Esports Infrastructure Leader

TanChes Global Management, Inc. was founded in Houston, TX in 1998, a minority woman-owned IT company that built its reputation delivering complex technology solutions across education, government, nonprofits, and enterprise: infrastructure design, technology refreshes, network migrations, and managed services.

A passion for gaming combined with 28 years of infrastructure expertise put us in a unique position. We recognized the potential of esports across schools, colleges, community organizations, and commercial venues before it became a trend. And we saw an industry that deserved real infrastructure partners, not just hardware vendors.

In 2021, we began consulting on esports facilities. By 2022, we had completed our first full deployment. It wasn't a pivot. It was the next logical step.

We don't come from esports. We come from the infrastructure that makes esports sustainable.
