Alvin Community College partnered with TANCHES.GG to establish a cutting-edge esports lab that would drive student engagement and enhance the college’s competitive gaming program. Our team worked closely with college leadership to create an all-encompassing solution, from consulting and design to installation and ongoing support.

Consulting & Program Approval:
We began by consulting with the administration to understand their vision for the esports lab and the goals they wanted to achieve. Our team collaborated directly with the Leadership of Alvin Community College, presenting a comprehensive proposal that addressed the academic and engagement benefits of an esports program. This consultation was instrumental in getting the program approved and aligning it with the college’s broader educational objectives.

Initial Design & Layout:
With the program approved, we created custom designs for the esports lab, optimizing the space for performance, aesthetics, and functionality. The layout featured high-performance gaming stations, ergonomic furniture, and a strategic arrangement to foster both team collaboration and individual practice.

Hardware Procurement & Installation:
TANCHES.GG sourced and provided all the required gaming hardware, including high-end PCs, monitors, peripherals, and networking equipment tailored to the demands of competitive gaming. Our team handled the complete setup, including mounting hardware and ensuring that each station was configured for peak performance.

Structured Cabling & Network Setup:
Reliable connectivity is essential for esports, so we provided structured cabling and a robust network infrastructure to support low-latency gameplay and future expansion. Our structured cabling solution ensured a clean and organized setup, with data drops strategically placed to minimize clutter and maximize performance.

Furniture Provision & Setup:
To complement the high-performance hardware, we provided and set up ergonomic, durable furniture that supports long gaming sessions. Our selection of desks and chairs focused on both comfort and durability, ensuring students can perform at their best in a professional, comfortable environment.

After-Sales Support & Ongoing Maintenance:
Our relationship with Alvin Community College didn’t end at installation. We provided comprehensive after-sales support, including troubleshooting, updates, and regular maintenance to keep the esports lab running smoothly. Our team is available for ongoing support to ensure the lab remains at peak performance.

Liaison Services:
TANCHES.GG served as a liaison between Alvin Community College and Lenovo to attempt to secure sponsorship. Leveraging our strong partnership with Lenovo, we facilitated discussions aimed at providing additional resources and support for the college's esports program. Our efforts were focused on connecting the college with potential sponsorship opportunities to enhance their program beyond the initial setup.
